Finding poses I can get into safely with my injured knee was a challenge. I could do sun salutations A but not B. I could do forward folds but not splits. At first, fish pose with straight legs was the only backbend I could do pain free.⠀

But I could do a lot of navasana so I can work my core ?❤️ so I’m grateful for that.⠀
