? In the month of Mental Wellness Awareness, we get our mind challenged by the fear of Coronavirus ?⠀
⠀ Since 1945, by March 15th, the Mental Health America Association releases a guide with the topic, toolkit of materials and activities that will be performed during their Mental Health Awareness month, which is in May. As lately we’ve been tormented by the fear of coronavirus, I started to wonder what the topic will be, because let’s make it clear here … ⠀

? How is your mental health with all this pandemic media fear of coronavirus ⁉️ ⠀

Since all channels & media started spreading fear around a lot has changed here in DC and I will list some :⠀
✔️ closing airports: no more flights from West ⠀
✔️ universities closing doors: only online classes ⠀
✔️ people stocking : no more wipes, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, basic drugs at grocery stores ⠀
✔️ all shows, concerts, festivals (including my Cherry Blossom ?) are now cancelled ⠀
✔️ quarentenes for people from endemic areas and positive diagnoses ⠀

? So what are your thoughts and how do you feel with this situation ⁉️⠀
