who do you spend your time around? I love the saying “you’re a product of the top 5 people you spend the most time with”. Always be aware of your energy when you’re around certain people. Do you feel inferior or belittled? Do you feel drained? Do you feel judged? Do you feel low vibe? Or do you feel inspired? Motivated? Happy & ready to create something amazing within your life?⠀

I always reflect on past relationships and see who is still around and why. It’s natural for people to grow a part. As I rise I know not everyone is rising with me and that’s okay. For those who have supported me since the beginning and are true to me & our friendship, I will forever be grateful and spread my uplifting energy onto them so they rise too. I’m so grateful for those who have aided in my growth, creativity, consciousness, motivation, & overall those who continue to aid in me living up to my highest self .⠀
This is not to come off egotistical or narcissistic in any way. I just mean, if you’re not adding benefit or high vibes within our relationship I need to subtract toxicity from my life. Of course, I’ll always be there for my friends and loved ones on their down days as they are for me. This is more in general terms. .⠀
So think about it – who are you surrounding yourselves by? Are they genuine? Are they inspiring? Are they kind? Are they mindful of their words and actions? Do they make you laugh and smile? Can you fully be your truest self around them? Do you leave the interaction feeling genuinely happy? .⠀
