Don’t try this at home ?… seriously… this handsfree #frogpose is very intense for the #innerthighs because a lot of weight is pushing the hips down. And there is the factor of being stuck against the wall ? so you can’t easily move out. Note that it requires considerable #openshoulders and some #backbend as well. I did this pose after more than 20 minutes of inner thigh #stretching ! Now I write all this, I ask myself why did I need to practice this complex posture?
