« How much time do you practice daily? » I am asked often. This is not an easy question to answer because sometimes I just #stretch without it being a #asanapractice . Sometimes I do some random postures in between daily activities. When I teach yoga, I only demonstrate some #yogaposes, and before teaching a class I often only warmup. At the end I feel good in my body but sometimes I crave that complete #yogapractice without any distraction to calm my mind. I started to post some of my random stretches in my story to give an idea of the reality of my “practice”. My #yogamat is from @bayafrance . ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
