Day 2 of #marchintoopenhearts is puppypose or hollowback. This is my favorite pose to practice in the morning. It wakes me up and makes me happy. Who practices this pose against the wall too? ** Stand arm length away from the wall. Extend the arms upwards against the wall and reach the heart towards the wall, arching the spine. Bend the elbows if that feels more comfortable for you. Don’t strain.
