Standing #forwardfold is a great way to #stretch the backline of the body that is running from the soles of the feet to the scalp. If hinging from the hips you’ll focus more on the back of thighs, the #hamstrings , and the calves (especially if the balls of the feet are lifted). If the spine is more rounded, you might feel a #backstretch as well. ?? If there is a lot of resistance in the back of the thighs, bend the knees slightly. The feet can be wider apart. ? Holding on opposite elbows will help gravity to pull the torso down. ? Do you enjoy #standingforwardfold , or is it a struggle for you?
