For the past few weeks I’ve been running most mornings. I am not a runner and never have been (plus it’s secretly it’s more of a jog ?!) But I’ve just felt like I wanted to get outdoors before my yoga practice. ⠀
HOWEVER I’m sure I’ve actually put on weight because it’s making me want to eat twice as much and OUCH my effing legs and butt when I now try to do my normal stretches! I’m questioning whether it’s worth the bother! Think I might just stick to the yoga! ⠀
