Tomorrow is day 6 of #stretchwithyin and you can do any (combo of) lowerbody stretch(es) that you can hold for several minutes with the muscles of the target area relaxed: #splits , #dragonpose , lunge, lizard, … I love this passive, static variation of reclined #handtobigtoepose that is mainly stretching the hamstrings of the upper leg. I hold it for 5 minutes/side while relaxing the muscles of my legs.
