Yes, I still practice and teach yoga ??‍♀️. But my #yogapractice and #yogateaching has changed towards a functional approach of yoga, taking into account tensile and skeletal human variation. #functionalyoga is not about the image of a perfect pose, and is not always aesthetically pleasing. (Check out @lindellyinyoga for what it IS about). That’s why I changed the content of this page to merely #stretching and #flexibility because I feel that @stretchylicious (and previous #lifeinbikini ?) was always more about a #flexiblegirl doing yummy poses than what my yogapractice is about.
